We are looking for a driven and experienced Customer Service Representative at a health insurance agency to answer incoming calls and assist the customers. You would utilize multiple systems to document, research and communicate necessary information. The ideal employee must have a positive attitude and follow the codes set forth in the Employee Handbook, and be able to learn a complex claim system.
